I went to an at&t store and told them that i had lost the trackball on my BBerry and I was told that it could not be fixed. I took my chances and invested a total of like $4.50 and bought this product on Amazon. I received it quickly and it took me literally 7-10 to snap it into place. My phone works as good as it ever had. Thanks again
Ordering the trackball was quick and easy. It arrived within 3 days and was easy to install. My sister's wireless company was going to charge her over $100 to install a new one. I'm so glad I thought about Amazon before she incurred that expense!
The ring for the blackberry trackball did not fit. The trackball could not stay in because the ring could not snap into place. The trackball also did not fit with the original ring. I have a blackberry 8330. Could not use product at all. It must not be a blackberry product but a part made by another company.
The original trackball frame in my Blackberry Pearl was lost after I dropped the phone in an airport. I used clear tape to hold the ball down which lead to constant ridicule from my husband and friends. I was not ready to buy a new cell phone so I just kept changing the tape until a ran across this on Amazon. The new ball & frame were so easy to install. It is a perfect fit and I didn't even need the little tools that came with it to install. I have been using it for several months now & can't tell any difference from the original!!! No more tape and no more ridicule!!!!!
